Hidden Issues Inside Your Metal Building

Many metal building owners deal with daily problems that cost money, comfort, and control. If your building is not insulated well, these issues can show up every day without you noticing right away.

Expensive Energy Bills

Metal buildings heat up fast and cool down just as quickly. Your heating and cooling system works overtime. Over time, this leads to high energy bills every month.

Extreme Hot and Cold Temperatures

Metal walls and roofs do not stop outside weather well. Comfort levels change too easily throughout the day. This makes it hard for people to work or stay comfortable inside.

Sweating Metal Issues

Warm air inside can hit cold metal and turn into water. Moisture can collect on walls, ceilings, and metal beams. Over time, this moisture can damage tools, equipment, and materials.

Corrosion and Structural Wear

Moisture buildup can lead to rust on metal surfaces. This can slowly weaken parts of your building. If left alone, it can lead to expensive repairs.

Loud Echo and Outside Noise

Metal buildings often echo sound and let outside noise in easily. Sound bounces around the building. It can be hard for workers to focus or communicate clearly.

Poor Comfort for Workers and Customers

When temperature, noise, and moisture are all problems, the space feels uncomfortable. The space may feel less professional or welcoming. It can also affect how customers view your business.

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.
