Many metal building owners deal with common problems that quietly hurt operations. If your building is not insulated well, these issues can show up every day without you noticing right away.
Metal buildings heat up fast and cool down just as quickly. You end up paying much more each month for energy. Over time, this leads to high energy bills every month.
Metal walls and roofs do not stop outside weather well. Comfort levels change too easily throughout the day. This makes it hard for people to work or stay comfortable inside.
Warm air inside can hit cold metal and turn into water. You may see water forming inside your building. Over time, this moisture can damage tools, equipment, and materials.
Moisture buildup can lead to rust on metal surfaces. Metal components may begin to break down over time. If left alone, it can lead to expensive repairs.
Metal buildings often echo sound and let outside noise in easily. Sound bounces around the building. It can be hard for workers to focus or communicate clearly.
When temperature, noise, and moisture are all problems, the space feels uncomfortable. This can lower work quality and slow down daily tasks. It can also affect how customers view your business.
Choosing the right team for metal building insulation can make a big difference in your building’s comfort and energy use. We focus on doing the job right so your metal building stays efficient year-round.

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.Posted on Google![]()

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.Posted on Google![]()

Common options include spray foam insulation, fiberglass blanket insulation, rigid foam board, and radiant barrier systems. Each type offers different levels of thermal and moisture protection.
Spray foam is often preferred because it provides strong air sealing, high insulation value, and excellent moisture control, making it ideal for metal structures.
When properly installed, insulation can last for decades with minimal maintenance, depending on the material used and environmental conditions.
Yes, insulation can be retrofitted into existing structures without requiring major modifications, though the method depends on the building design and condition.
