A new home does not always mean perfect insulation. Poor insulation in a new build can lead to comfort and efficiency problems.
Certain areas of the home may never reach a steady temperature. It can be caused by gaps or weak insulation during construction.
Energy efficiency depends heavily on proper insulation. Poor sealing can waste energy every day.
You may feel drafts in areas that should be sealed. Poor installation can leave small openings in the building envelope.
Insulation also helps reduce sound, and without it noise increases. This can make it harder to relax or focus at home.
Poor insulation can allow moisture to build up inside walls and ceilings. This can lead to mold growth or damage over time.
Upper and lower floors may not feel the same. Uneven insulation coverage can create hot and cold spots

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.Posted on Google![]()

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.Posted on Google![]()

Insulation is commonly installed in exterior walls, attics, ceilings, floors above unconditioned spaces, and sometimes interior walls for soundproofing.
