New construction homes can still have hidden insulation issues. These issues can affect daily comfort, utility costs, and long-term home quality.
You may notice uneven comfort from room to room. This happens when insulation is missing.
Energy efficiency depends heavily on proper insulation. Heat and cool air may leak out of the home.
Some parts of the home may feel drafty even when windows are closed. These drafts often come from gaps in insulation during construction.
Insulation also helps reduce sound, and without it noise increases. This can make it harder to relax or focus at home.
Insulation problems can lead to hidden moisture issues. These issues are often not seen until they become serious.
Upper and lower floors may not feel the same. Uneven insulation coverage can create hot and cold spots

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.Posted on Google![]()

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.Posted on Google![]()

Common options include fiberglass batts, blown-in cellulose, spray foam, and rigid foam boards. The best choice depends on the design of the home, budget, and energy efficiency goals.
Insulation is typically installed after framing, electrical, and plumbing work are completed but before drywall is placed. This ensures all cavities are properly sealed and insulated.
Insulation is commonly installed in exterior walls, attics, ceilings, floors above unconditioned spaces, and sometimes interior walls for soundproofing.
