Could Your Pole Barn Work Better for Your Business?

A pole barn should help protect your equipment, supplies, and work areas. Without proper insulation, outside temperatures and moisture can affect the building that make daily work harder.

Uncomfortable Temperatures

Inside temperatures can change quickly when a pole barn is not insulated. These extreme changes can make the space hard to use and less comfortable for workers.

High Energy Bills

An uninsulated pole barn can lose the air you pay to heat or cool. Your heating and cooling equipment may have to use more energy to keep the space at a comfortable temperature.

Condensation and Moisture Problems

Temperature changes can cause moisture to build up on cold metal surfaces. Over time, this moisture can lead to rust, water damage, and other building problems.

Damage to Equipment and Supplies

Heat, cold, and moisture can damage tools, equipment, and stored materials. This can lead to unexpected repair costs or replacements.

Hot and Cold Spots

You may notice hot and cold spots throughout the building. This can make it harder to create a steady and usable work space.

An Uncomfortable Work Area

Heat, cold, and moisture can limit how you use your pole barn. An uncomfortable building can make normal tasks harder for everyone.

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.
