Could Your Pole Barn Work Better for Your Business?

A pole barn should provide a safe space for your business needs. Without proper insulation, outside temperatures and moisture can affect the building that impact your daily work.

Hot Summers and Cold Winters

Pole barns can get very hot in summer and very cold in winter. These temperature changes can make the space uncomfortable and less comfortable for workers.

Rising Energy Costs

Poor insulation lets indoor air escape and outdoor air get in. Your heating and cooling equipment may have to run longer to keep the space at a consistent temperature.

Condensation and Moisture Problems

When warm air meets cold metal, moisture can form on the surface. Over time, this moisture can lead to rust and damage to parts of the building.

Problems With Stored Equipment

Extreme temperatures and moisture can affect tools, machinery, stored goods, and other items inside your pole barn. This can lead to unexpected repair costs or replacements.

Uneven Indoor Temperatures

Some areas of the building may feel much hotter or colder than others. This can make it harder to keep the building comfortable.

A Space That Is Hard to Use

Heat, cold, and moisture can limit how you use your pole barn. An uncomfortable building can make routine business tasks harder to complete.

We highly recommend Compass for your insulation needs. We had the spray foam application done during our home's renovation. Anyone who goes into the attic space remarks about how pleasant it is working in there. After a roof replacement we needed some areas touched up. Jeremy and his staff were easy to work with and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home during the application.

This company spray foamed my house attic and they did a great job. They also did a great job removing the old insulation with large vacuums. I highly recommend this company for your home or business insulation needs. You will have the option to reinsulate with your existing insulation or spray foam. I recommend spray foam. Much better. However, the spray foam is a lot more expensive. About 3x the cost of reinsulate. In my opinion, the extra cost for spray foam is worth it.
